My very 1st order!

I'm so happy! I received my very first order last month. It's a special request for a brooch. The client liked the Roses & Diamond pattern but wanted it in the form of a brooch. So this is what I made for her:

She will wear the brooch with her "tudung" (head scarf) as shown below:

Stars for Christmas

I have just completed tatting Christmas tree ornaments in the shape of stars.

These are for my friend's son who will be having a little stall at Penang Straits Quay's Xmas Bazaar. The bazaar will be on 22nd November 2014. So if you happen to be in Penang, please drop by and have a look.

My friend also has this brilliant idea to use the stars as a bookmark after Christmas until the next Christmas when they can be converted back to Christmas tree ornaments. Now, isn't that great? You get 2 uses for the price of 1.

Roses & Diamonds Tatted Necklace, Earring and Bracelet

This is a design inspired by and incorporating Jeanne Lugert's 3D tatted rose. There are 3 items under this theme and they can be worn as a set or separately. I have made them in pastel colours as it really matches the delicate and sweet 3D rose pattern. Each of the items are sold separately.

The first item in this set is the necklace:

The necklace is made from a combination of tatted components and jewelry chain to create a simple and yet elegant piece of accessory.

The 2nd piece of this set are the earrings. The earrings are based on the diamond shaped tatted pattern embellished with small faux pearls and swarovski bicone crystals.

The 3rd and last item in this set is a sweet bracelet embellished with glass tube beads to give the design a nice touch of glitter.

There is only 1 piece available for each of the items. So, if any of the items that you want is no longer available, I can make another specially for you. I can also make the same design in a different colour base on your preference. For custom made items, more time will be required before the items can be delivered.
